A practitioner's academy
Threefold teaches development through sequential coursework, small cohorts, and working tools.
The Academy runs three sequential courses — 101, 102, and 103 — each available in person and virtually. Cohorts are intentionally small so that the work stays specific to the deals in the room.

Threefold Development Academy is led by principals with more than 73 years of combined experience across real estate investment, capital strategy, commercial and residential development, construction, and project execution. Their collective prior experience encompasses billions of dollars in transactional sales, thousands of commercial and residential units built, and hundreds of millions of dollars in projects constructed and developed.

Honor God before chasing opportunity.
We teach students to seek wisdom, remain humble, and walk away from opportunities that require compromise. Faith never replaces due diligence, documentation, or professional judgment.
Integrity
Tell the truth, especially when it costs.
Assumptions must be labeled, risks must be visible, and a weak deal does not become strong because the presentation looks polished.
Stewardship
Treat what is entrusted to us as a responsibility.
Development affects capital, land, partners, trades, residents, and communities. Students are taught to consider the full weight of those responsibilities.
Excellence
Prepare thoroughly. Execute faithfully. Finish well.
We emphasize working documents, verified inputs, disciplined process, and follow-through—not information collected for its own sake.
Unity

Capital, development, and construction must be understood together. Productive disagreement is welcome; unclear responsibility is not.

We teach the sequence, documents, controls, and decisions used in real development work—not a stage version of the business.
Tools before slogans
Students should leave with working documents, clearer decisions, and a repeatable process—not a notebook full of inspiration and nowhere to begin.
Truth before enthusiasm
We will not turn a weak site, thin budget, or unsupported assumption into a good opportunity merely to keep the room excited.
Questions without embarrassment
Students may challenge an assumption, admit what they do not know, and ask for clarity without being made small for it.
Experience with attribution
We distinguish instructor experience, prior-company projects, Academy education, and Threefold Development Partners engagements. Credit and context remain intact.
Education without promises
A course can improve preparation and judgment. It does not guarantee financing, project acceptance, a joint venture, profitability, or a successful outcome.
The goal is not to make development look easy. It is to make the work understandable, disciplined, and executable.
How cohorts are released
Each course keeps one open in-person cohort and one open virtual cohort at a time. The two formats run independent queues. Future cohorts are published only once approved, and they remain closed to registration until the current cohort fills. When a cohort sells out it stays visible, the waitlist opens in the order received, and the next approved cohort is released in its place.
