How it works
Four steps, no surprises
1. Apply
Anyone may apply. It is free, takes a few minutes and commits you to nothing.
2. We review by hand
Academy staff read every application and approve or decline it. No automatic acceptance.
3. You share your link
Approved affiliates get a referral code and link, and a dashboard showing verified commissions.
4. You are paid
Each commission is checked against a real paid transaction and becomes payable once the refund window closes.

These are the terms you agree to when you apply. Read them before you do.
What you earn
20% of the amount actually paid to the Academy, before tax and before any payment processing fees, on every purchase correctly attributed to you. This covers course tuition, the Annual Summit, the Preferred Partners Network, Inner Circle and Private Coaching — one-time payments and recurring payments alike.
Recurring payments
Where a buyer pays in instalments or on a recurring plan, you earn 20% of each payment the Academy actually receives for the duration of that plan, for as long as your affiliate account is active and in good standing.
Approval is required
Anyone may apply. Nobody is accepted automatically. Every application is read by Academy staff and either approved or declined. We may decline an application, or end an affiliate account, without giving a reason.
How a sale is attributed to you
A purchase is attributed to you when the buyer arrives through your referral link or gives your referral code, and we can match that to a real paid transaction. Every commission line is verified against a recorded payment before it is entered. Where attribution is genuinely unclear, the Academy decides and tells you what it decided.
What does not earn commission
Your own purchases and purchases by anyone you control. Refunded, charged back, cancelled or unpaid transactions. Free applications, waitlist entries, announcement-list signups, complimentary places and downloads. Taxes, processing fees and anything the Academy did not actually receive.
When you are paid
Commissions become payable after the refund window on the underlying transaction has closed. Payments are made to the payout details you give us. If a transaction is later refunded or charged back, the related commission is reversed.
How you may promote the Academy
Be accurate. Use only facts published on threefolddevacademy.com. Do not invent prices, dates, seat counts, outcomes, testimonials, credentials or results, do not imply a guaranteed return, and do not present yourself as the Academy, as staff or as faculty. Disclose that you earn a commission wherever you share your link, as required by the FTC endorsement guidelines.
What is not allowed
Paid search or paid social ads on Threefold or Academy brand terms, unsolicited bulk email or messaging, coupon and cashback sites, misleading claims, cookie stuffing, impersonation, trademark or domain registrations using our names, and bidding for placement in Academy search results.
No employment or partnership
Being an affiliate does not make you an employee, agent, joint venturer or representative of Threefold Development Academy or Threefold Development Partners, and it does not give you a place in a course, a program or a project. You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn.
Changes and ending the program
We may change these terms or end the program with notice. Commissions already earned and verified before a change are honoured on the terms in force when they were earned.
Nothing in this program is an income opportunity, an investment or a guarantee of earnings. What you earn depends entirely on purchases other people choose to make and actually pay for.
