Threefold Development Partners
The joint venture pathway is selective
Partners occasionally goes into a project alongside a sponsor rather than beside them. It is rare, it is decided case by case, and it is never the default outcome of a submission.
The pathway
How it is considered
Step 1
Written submission
Everything begins with the opportunity form. Nothing is considered from a conversation alone.
Step 2
Internal review
Partners reads the project across Capital, Development and Construction together. Most submissions end here, and that is normal.
Step 3
Direct discussion
If it advances, we talk through structure, roles and what each side would carry. Still no commitment on either side.
Step 4
Written terms or a decline
Any joint venture exists only once terms are signed. Until then there is no agreement, expressed or implied.
