No offering and no solicitation
Partners does not offer, solicit or place any security, fund or investment on this site. Nothing published here is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy anything, and no capital is represented as available.
No brokerage or agency
Partners does not act as a real estate broker, mortgage broker or broker-dealer, and does not raise capital on behalf of a submitting party unless that role is separately agreed in a signed written agreement.
No professional advice
Nothing on these pages is legal, tax, accounting, appraisal or investment advice. Use your own counsel and advisors on your own project.
No guaranteed outcome
No approval, entitlement, financing, cost, schedule, sale, return or completion result is promised or predicted. Reviews describe a position; they do not warrant one.
Submissions create nothing
Submitting a project costs nothing, obliges nobody, guarantees no response and creates no relationship. A relationship exists only once both sides sign written terms.
Confidentiality
Submissions are reviewed internally by Partners. No confidentiality agreement is in place at the point of submission, so send nothing you could not share unprotected.
Partners and the Academy
Threefold Development Academy is the education side; Partners is the operating side. Academy membership gives no preference in a Partners review, and a submission gives no access to member material.
Products not yet available
Threefold CRM and AEGIS are referenced as future products only. Neither is available, neither is priced here, and early-access interest creates no purchase, licence or delivery commitment.
