Development

Development

Qualify it before it is funded

The work that decides whether a project is real: site control, entitlement, programme and budget, read against each other rather than one at a time.

Scope

What the work covers

  • Site control and title position reviewed against what the project assumes
  • Entitlement route, approvals sequence and the risk sitting in each step
  • Programme built from the approvals path, not from a target opening date
  • Development budget read line by line against scope and contingency
  • Written read of where the project is exposed and what has to close first

When this applies

  • A site is identified or controlled and the numbers have not been tested
  • An approvals route exists on paper and nobody has priced its risk
  • A budget was written before the scope was settled

What this is not

  • This is advisory work, not a valuation, appraisal or investment recommendation
  • No approval, entitlement or consent outcome is promised or predicted
  • Partners does not act as a broker and does not raise capital on your behalf

Fees, timing and scope are agreed in writing on a specific project. Nothing on this page is a fee quote, an engagement or a commitment by either side.
