Advisory

Project Rescue & Advisory

Read it honestly, then decide

A defined review of a project that has stalled, overrun or lost its structure — written to say what is actually true before anyone spends more.

Scope

What the work covers

  • Written status read across capital, development and construction together
  • Where the project stands against its own contracts and approvals
  • What is recoverable, what is sunk and what decisions cannot be deferred
  • Options set out plainly, including the option to stop
  • A short written report; ongoing involvement only if separately agreed

When this applies

  • Cost or programme has moved and nobody agrees on why
  • A project is paused and the next decision keeps getting deferred
  • Multiple parties are working from different versions of the position

What this is not

  • A review is a reading of the position, not a turnaround guarantee
  • Partners does not take over a project unless that is separately agreed in writing
  • Nothing in a review is legal advice or a substitute for your own counsel

Fees, timing and scope are agreed in writing on a specific project. Nothing on this page is a fee quote, an engagement or a commitment by either side.
